Jonathan Serbin (CEO)
Jonathan has 25 years of experience in the music business, in the US and throughout Asia. In addition to his role as CEO of b2, Jonathan serves as the Head of Asia for Billboard, one of the world’s most influential music brands. At Billboard, he works closely with top music and media companies throughout Asia. Prior to Billboard, Jonathan was a music & media-sector investment banker at Lehman Brothers and Oppenheimer & Co., running their Asian entertainment banking practice. He was also a music entrepreneur, having founded successful music businesses in Asia. He began his career in as an entertainment lawyer, representing major recording artists, record labels and producers. He has served on the Board of Directors of leading music companies, including Avex, Japan’s dominant music label.
Sean Dinsmore (Director)
Sean advises and oversees b2 on new talent. With over 25 years of experience in all aspects of the music business, he was previously a major-label recording artist (Warner, RCA, Universal), music producer, label chief, DJ and Entertainment Director. Besides writing and producing his own music, he has worked closely with artists from around the world, helping them craft their sound. Having worked as a musician/producer and DJ in the US, Europe, India, Southeast Asia and China, Sean has his finger on the pulse of cross-border opportunities for Asian artists, as well as Western artists entering the region.
Watson Homprangsadit (Head of SE Asia)
Watson has over 20 years of experience in the music industry in Southeast Asia. He began his career at Rock Records, the leading Pan-Asian music label, where he helped run their Bangkok office, working closely with local and international artists, building their careers in Southeast Asia. After Rock Records, he held executive positions with GMM Grammy and Sony BEC Tero, Thailand’s leading domestic music companies, as well as with MTV Thailand. Watson works closely with artists throughout SEA, including Myanmar, Laos, Cambodia and Vietnam.
JP Yoo (Head of Korea)
JP Yoo has over 15 years of experience in the Korean entertainment business. Over the years, JP has worked with a wide range of Korean artist management companies, including Cube (Beast, 4 Minute), B2M (Hyori Lee, SPICA), Apple of the Eye (Daniel Henney, Royal Pirates), Will Entertainment and many others. JP helps b2 artists uncover exciting opportunities in the dynamic Korean music market.
Dun Fang (Head of Public Relations – China)
Dun Fang has extensive experience representing international celebrities in China. Her experience in entertainment PR spans all aspects of the business, including digital and traditional media. At her own PR firm, she worked with major Chinese stars, such as Fan Bing Bing and Li Dong Xue. She has overseen “inbound” China strategy execution for leading Pan-Asian musicians, including artists on the GMM Grammy and Avex labels. She has also worked with top Chinese artists such as G.E.M. and Li Rong Hao. Earlier in her career, she co-founded the Shanghai social-media practice for Edelman, the leading US public relations firm.
Sari Ng (Head of Social Media)
Sari graduated from the Chinese University of Hong Kong with a Bachelor’s degree in English and has been in the music business since graduation. With prior experience working for a music merchandise company, she has comprehensive knowledge in overseeing social media and retail operations. Sari manages artists’ social media accounts in China and works closely with artists’ management teams to deliver engaging content in growing their Chinese fan base. Additionally, Sari oversees the Billboard Bespoke VIP Program for b2 and Billboard Studio in Hong Kong.
